The Latanya Dawson Memorial Scholarship was established by the family and friends of Latanya Dawson, in her memory, to provide scholarships to graduating high school seniors.
Graduating high school seniors apply through the online application form. Each scholarship is promoted with high school graduation coaches and guidance counselors.
Selection Process For Adult Education Applications
The KSJ Scholarship Fund invites adults who come back to school to earn their GED or to learn English because it’s not their first language. Scholarships are available only to those who qualify.
Each committee member reads every application. We then grade them from a scale from 0ne to five, (five being the highest) in various categories. The categories applicants will be ranked on is as follows:
